It said it would open at 8:30, but when I arrived at 9:00 it was still closed, and there was no special notice on the door, which was very unprofessional and wasted my time.

The seller lady was happy to help me. The product which I checked on their website wasn't available in my size so she advised me where to obtain it. It was really nice of her. There is a fitting room in the shop which is quite useful.
