Pity exchange policy, I bought a shoe for my friend, and the very next day we came for an exchange to get one size smaller. The store manager said you have used it on the street we can’t change it. I won't suggest buying shoes from this Office Shoe store.

Very rude staff. 1. June at 2045. Closing at 2100, but refused to sell us shoes 15 minutes before closing.

Very rude and not helpful sales persons! Unfortunately they are not doing their best and it's like bothering them! I think none of them can speak English! Please try another branch!

Very nice salespersons, they were patient and nice even though I am a picky customer. Found 2 great bargains, Reef brand sandals for approximately 5 euros, that is almost a 90 percent discount! Highly recommend this store.
