The worst experience I ever had for dental cleaning. The dentist was agitated, fast, insensitive, got angry when she saw I was in pain , hurt my tongue with the polisher, shall I continue? Never returning. Now my teeth are sore and only hope there as no damage caused to my teeth

I went to Oktogon implant services as a foreigner travelling to Budapest. They are professionals and the lady at reception is helpful. I had a normal tooth whitening and polishing appointment and I was satisfied with the work done. I shall be visiting them soon for another appointment.English is well spoken in the premises. I am on vacation and I had a problem with a new implant, I did send a number of emails to the dental center explaining my situation and made an appointment on a Tuesday morning, upon arriving I found not the expected implant specialist but a regular dentist waiting for me, a total waste 4 waiting days with a painful dental problem, you can imagine I was not happy. They offered a new appointment on a Friday,.. no thank you very much

I am a foreigner. I seriously broke my tooth on a piece of ice in 2022. The tooth was removed as it could not be repaired. I wanted an implant and I searched many implant dentists in BP. Many, I would not allow them to touch my dog!!! I found Dr. Lévai at Oktogon. She was very impressive during the consultation. I asked 1000 questions because I have almost no dental experience except for my implant research. She speaks fluent English and was quite attentive, polite, honest, and direct in a medically professional manner. Her answers confirmed all that my implant inquires and research divulged. I was quite concerned about having surgery in a foreign country. Therefore, it was critical that I have a doctor that I could trust fully. Dr. Lévai is that doctor. She throughly explained every aspect of the surgery from the consultation to the actual surgery and follow-on care, and she made me feel very comfortable and confident that I was with the best doctor. The surgery went as she described, the pain was unbelievably slight, and the after surgery care was exemplary. She is a terrific person and an excellent surgeon based upon my experience. I had reserved for one of their offers with a filling. They call me and made an appointment over the phone. When I arrived I was treated very pleasantly and was immediately informed that there will be a slight delay. I filled out the forms and after a short wait I was able to meet with the dentist. She and her assistant were very caring and precise. They only worked on what we agreed upon during our consultation. All throughout they were sensitive to my pain tolerance and exceptional customer service and professionalism. My tooth is almost as good as new. Keep up the great work!
