It was a nightmare, it was horrible. It was extremely dirty, it smelled bad. The sheets were dirty, there was hair on the pillow, they didn't even change the pillowcase or sheets. The response was terrible and unprofessional.

- Bad smelling from the shower (probably a bad design from the sewage?) - Inadequate heating in winter due to bad insulation (wind from the window) - Summer blanket is not enough for winter, extremely small pillow - Slow internet - Narrow passage (please don’t hang linens in the corridor, it looks so unprofessional), not suitable for people who has big luggages - Please be aware of the small and old elevator (I guess non-Europeans would be difficult) - Insufficient signage and relative bad communication (no response through whats app massage) - Weak soundproof (quite interesting if you want to hear people making 🩷) - no shampoo available; I bought one and left there so others can use it. - Good side: Tram and supermarket in walking distance

Smelly, old, unprofessional staff,messy, stuffs not working. The code they provided did not work, they canceled my booking without my knowledge and refunded me 1€ from my payment of 31€ . Shame!!!! Don't book in this apartment!!! BIG REGRETS AWAITS TO THOSE WHO WOULD BOOK!!!!!

I am very satisfied from the room and the whole service. The room was very clean and in a pretty good location. Very good value for the money I paid. The staff also helped me find my charger and they sent it back to me.

I don't really enjoy doing negative reviews but I was disappointed overall. The good things about this place was the location, price, and it was clean. It's close to all transport links so it made it easy to get to the airport and into the city etc. The towels and bed sheets were clean but other than that there's not much to say. It's very similar to a university dorm room. I was disappointed because of a number of reasons, I understand I booked the apartment for 1 but 1 small pillow on a double bed wasn't great and the mattress is really firm. Linking in with the sleep, the curtain is limited to closing on the left hand side so the light from the street was shining through. The walls are quite thin so you can hear the neighbouring apartment guests and the trams go past. The TV box didn't work (something to do with the ethernet cables) and there was no fork in the kitchen pantry. The shower as well was a bit odd... the shower head holder is fixed so it just points the water straight into your face so you have to hold it yourself which was a bit inconvenient. It would be good if you were staying for 1 night and wanted a cheap option just to stay in. But there probably are better pla
