Poor 4 star hotel. Luxury is a joke. Breakfast couldn't stomach, coffee machine takes 2 mins to get coffee if functional . Charge for sauna and jacuzzi , tiny single beds pushed together and in middle of nowhere. Fire alarm went off in middle of night and cleaner didn't even take cups. Complete shambles

Nice hotel near by the Stadium, 25 min walking from there! It is a great option for concerts or football matches!

This is definitely not 4* hotel in my experience. Our room waa small and very dark with no lighting at all one end. The noise from the service trolleys at 6 am every morning was no joke. We were exhausted by the end of our 3 night stay. The room was cold at night , and the quilt was so thin you would have thought it was summer! We had to ask for another quilt for the second night onwards. Towels were so thin they were like tea towels....so basic. The bathroom had mould on the floor, shower head broken (spittung water everywhere) and the pole upright not sitting in its hole so the pressure if the water kept forcing it out! Awful! The rooms arent serviced unless you specifically ask!! The view was not great abd a dangerously placed huge doorstop placed right next to the bed where there us virtually no lighting. My daughter kicked it by accident without shoes on.......as a consequence she now has a nasty bruise across her toes. Breakfast was basic and if you wanted a drink you had to pay extra as the machine coffee was undrinkable. My Charlotte Tilbury Mascara went missing from the room desk. Would i stay here again?
