Don’t go near this bank if you want to keep your sanity. This is the most expensive bank with the worst costumer service I’ve ever experienced. Choose another bank in Hungary.

All kudos to Representative Fanni at Desk No. 14. She helped me apply for the SZÉP Card in just five minutes after only a three-minute wait. She was professional, kind, patient, and spoke excellent English. I’d always been told to bring a Hungarian-speaking friend, but she handled everything effortlessly on her own. I genuinely appreciate this branch.

The woman who usually sits on table number 13 was eating her snack instead of helping me. She cut my queue and told me to wait for the call for my number, I waited for 15 minutes and then saw her having such a good time eating her snack, then I asked her, should I go press the new queue? She goes: “yeah you should” Even though she was the one who told me to wait for her 15 minutes ago!! #rude #unprofessional #slow #snacktime #otp
