Harangi Bence is the best staf there he speaks fluent English and ready to help for any problem corporate or retail banking he is the best unlike other branches where it is a nightmare people who speaks english also doesn’t wanna speak The bank needs more employees like him for foreign client

I’ve been attended by Egresi a few times on some topics I needed to handle during 1 month, she showed a high level of enthusiasm and confidence while handling everything I would definitely come back to her directly if it turns out I have to come again… she deserves a salary increase 😃

I went today to get help with my digital bank and not only they had written my name incorrectly and weren’t able to find my account for 15 minutes but as soon as I open my account I see charges, one of them almost 4000huf that they cannot even explain themselves I know all banks charge, but what is this about not knowing what you are charging? No further explanation or solution has been offered in person
