I went there to close up my bank account, got a number and waited in a line for 10 min to see the lady packing up and saying: ‘We are closing. Come tomorrow.’ (Why would you even let customers in for waiting, if you are packing 15 min before closing?! Tell people at the entrance that it isn’t worth waiting). She said 12 min aren’t enough. Even through on Friday my other account was closed and it took 5 min. Definitely, customer service isn’t their strength.

Awful, I went one hour before closing to get assistance in closing my account and they did not want to help me, just pushed me to do it online or come back in a week, even though I told them I'm here for only 2 days, they didn't seem to care enough to listen. It wasn't even busy at the time, only 3 people were there and still they were very unhelpful.

Zero stars if I could. This branch has terrible service and incompetent staff. I waited almost an hour and a half only to be turned away because the employee refused to print a digital copy of my address card, forcing me to leave and print it myself. Every visit brings a new set of unnecessary requirements. Save yourself the headache and go to a different branch—I went to another location, and they resolved the exact same issue seamlessly within minutes.

Terrible service. I withdrew dollars, half the bills were damaged. When I asked to exchange all the damaged bills, the cashier refused, saying, "If the machine accepted them, then everything is fine." There is even something written in pen on one of the bills. The funniest thing is that they refuse to credit the same bills back to my account! Saying that they are damaged 😀

I’ve had the worst experience three times in this branch to the point that i thought of closing my account they refused service to me all of those times and asked to “come back” with additional papers and each time it was different adress card/ all the contract papers from the start etc… which are things that people don’t carry around and they have in their data base usually the only thing you should have on you is a passeport and the residence card besides they don’t even try to communicate with you in they just tell you to leave they are so rude and weirdly enough when i go to other branches for the smae service they never ask me for anything additional they just do their job in a few minutes.
