Extremely polite and helpful staff. Communication in English is fine for them which could be helpful for foreigners.

Their website says that they are open but they are closed. This is true for several of the branches. They do not post their hours properly. Very frustrating to come to this bank twice and have them be closed even though both google and the CIB website says they are open.

The guys absolutely hates their job . This guy just sat by as CIB UNFAIRLY Took my hard earned money on a technicality and just said there is nothing they can do . WORST . BANK . EEEVER

Surprisingly good, quick and to the point. It does take a bit longer to take care of everything, but this is more due to Hun bureaucracy than to CIB staff. Again, I was pleasantly surprised how polite and forthcoming they were :)
