Perfect hospitality experience, effective management of extra requests, friendly and helpful staff, unique form of City stay which provides peace but near to the City vibe. Having your own little chalet in the middle of the nature, mountines. Highly recommended.

We had a lovely stay here. Our highlighs besides the amazing view were definitely the great Spa area (Sauna & two pools) and the amazing breakfast buffet. They also had great vegetarian options (baked beans, potatoe salad etc), even if not vegan which we didn't expect. After a request we also got almond / oat milk for our coffee, which tasted great. One star was lost on the 'astethics'. Even though it was clean enough to feel comfortable for a few nights, many areas seem to be in need of occasional deep cleaning (windows & Glas doors, faucets & showers, sun lounger & umberellas). For a fifth star a few little things were missing: the Pool bar was not operational and therefore no service options were available in the Spa area. After going to the bar, we got throw-away-plastics cups to take our drinks with. The service personal was never rude, but with none of our request particularly kind either. The rooms are very noisy, in which case I always found it nice in other hotels to be offered earplugs. And some other minor things (amount of towels and pillows, missing cutlery in the kitchen etc) that weren't terrible, could have been avoided. All in all a good stay that met expectations,

I had a reservation on booking made in September for June, so more than 9 months before the trip. 3 days before trip, they cancelled unillaterally the booking without any explanation, leaving me without any option. Take care with this property if you don't want to ruin your holiday!!

Its a gem! Amazing cabin rooms with sauna, swimming pool is also nice. David the manager was outstanding. Would come back again!

Nice hotel near Budapest perfect for people traveling by car. Green and calm surrounding. Great place for travelers with dog and tennis fans (four clay courts, extra payment needed via app). Staff is really helpful, especially Andras.
