Prestige Fitness and Wellness

They are trying to tie people to them with pretty girls with a very primitive strategy. The receptionist lady was unprepared and I received false information. After I indicated that this was not the case, they were still outraged, trying to explain their completely obvious mistake. It is very unsympathetic that they are trying to assert themselves in a vendor lock-in manner, instead of really providing quality service. I experienced outrageously impudent behavior, but this only helps the competitiors. I went to Oxygen Naphegy Wellness and interestingly there is a really high-quality fitness, where the receptionist also knows that he is there for the guest and not vice versa. I do not recommend this so-called prestige wellness to anyone.

I chose this gym because I value professionalism, respect, and a high standard of work and that’s exactly what I’ve experienced here. The environment is well-organized, the staff is attentive and respectful, and everything feels intentionally run rather than chaotic or sales-driven. I’m training with Ferdinánd Ferencz , and I appreciate his calm, supportive, and professional approach. The sessions are clear, focused, and built around long-term consistency rather than pressure. If you’re looking for a gym and a personal trainer who take their work seriously and create a respectful, high-quality experience, I can confidently recommend it.

Gym and sauna are awesome. However, wellness is too noisy most of the time although it is silent area. Giving people sound warning can make situation better. Also lost this bottle in the dressing room, could you please help me to find it?

Great place to train. Machines in good condition, attention in reception is good. And very importantly, very good natural light.

I have visited the place with my old man. The staff was not capable to solve a simple request to use a block of tickets between us, so we had to buy an additional day ticket on the spot. In my opinion the training machines must have been new 10-15 years ago, but now they are obsolete and not well maintained, many of them do not function at all. Such as rowing machines, many stationary bikes and some other ones. You have to pay for your towels and the bar is quite expensive as well. Overall a very disappointing experience at a club which was once a premium. I would never go back as long as it is under the current management.
