Dear Príma Management, I would like to report an unacceptable incident that happened at your Corvin location on 7 September 2026, at approximately 7:50 p.m., while I was there as a Foodora courier to collect an order. I have been living in Hungary for seven years and have never experienced a situation like this before. As a taxpayer and someone who has been living and working here for years, I was very disappointed by the way I was treated. The security guard was extremely rude and unprofessional towards me. During the interaction, he referred to me as a “migráns” and told me “menj haza”. I did nothing to provoke this behavior. He was speaking to me in an aggressive and disrespectful way, rather than professionally. He then put on his gloves and approached me in a way that made me concerned that he might attempt physical contact. I kindly ask you to review the security camera footage from that time to see exactly what happened and to investigate this incident. I believe this behavior is completely unacceptable and does not represent the professional standards expected at Príma.

I'm a first-time tourist in Hungary and went into the store to get some essentials. The lady at the self checkout was very rude to me, it was visible on her face she didn't like me. I was trying to pay with my card and their machine was not working, almost resulting in my card being blocked by the bank- it was their fault but she kept acting like it's me. When the cash I had in Futos wasn't enough, I told her and her manager I will go to an atm for a couple minutes to get more money. But they did not even acknowledge me or look in my face and just threw my items back in their return cart. You ought to be ashamed of the way you treat tourists and guests in your country!! I have travelled almost the whole world and never met this rudeness!

I tried to use a REpont voucher worth 1,200 HUF that was issued about 2 months ago, so it was still well within the 6-month validity period. The voucher was slightly faded but still clearly readable and should have been processed or at least properly checked. The cashier did not even attempt to scan or verify it. She immediately stated that it was not valid and then kept the voucher without returning it or giving any explanation. No effort was made to check the validity, no alternative solution was offered, and no supervisor was called. I simply left without my voucher and without any clarification. This is extremely poor handling. Even if there was an issue with the barcode, basic procedure should include attempting to scan, manual verification, or returning the voucher to the customer. None of this happened. The result is that a valid 1,200 HUF voucher was effectively lost due to improper handling. At minimum, customers deserve transparency and proper processing, not dismissal and silence. I hope management seriously reviews how REpont vouchers are handled at checkout, because this experience was not acceptable.

I just received terrible service. I wanted to buy some pork at a butcher shop, and because I wanted to see the cut of meat more clearly, I got close to the glass and touched the counter. The short-haired female clerk suddenly pointed at me and yelled at me not to touch the glass, asking if I didn't understand English. During this time, the meat tag slipped off the glass counter, and I helped hold it down and tried to put it back. Throughout the whole process, this woman kept yelling at me not to touch it and to stay away... Afterwards, I wanted to continue buying meat, but she completely ignored me! This is simply unreasonable! I felt discriminated against! In short, it was terrible... I'm giving it two stars because a very kind grandmother greeted me at checkout, and I thank her for comforting my wounded heart. I hope she's doing well.

The large store with a whole department for vegans, gluten-free products, and healthy food. This makes it easier to choose products and saves time. You can also make orange juice, but when I was there, the juicer didn't work for me. This is the only store with such the selection of vegan products that I saw in Hungary when I was in this city.
