Cashier lady wasn’t particularly nice when we struggled to use the self checkout and then was shouting at us to get out

There are practically no employees here and no cashiers. Customer service is terrible and shopping here is a waste of time.

Nice place here. It has good prices, such as 2L bottled water being around 200-400ft and 2L Diet Coke around 700ft which I was very happy with these prices as comparing to the hotel I was staying at charging around 500ft for a can of diet coke, going to Prima makes more sense for me. Also when browsing the items, I could see it all the basics here, so very convenient! It's easy to use for tourists. I'm a British tourist and there were instructions in English such as requesting you take a basket as you enter, and they have self-checkouts with the option of choosing the English language, very easy to use. The staff were also great, when using the self checkout it glitched at the end and the lady who approached me kindly fixed it and at first I was nervous as I have only learned a few Hungarian phrases but she was great and was helpful. Definitely recommend!

I have visited this store just once so far and found the options were good and the staff was friendly. While I can understand that the store is right in the middle of a tourist area and the experiences can vary, the staff at this store was polite and had a helping attitude. I've had some nasty experiences in other stores and I hope the staff here continues to help customers especially the ones who don't speak Hungarian.

Plenty of option ... well priced (in compare to other grocery stores near by) and very fast checkout... you will also find queue in the cash counter but then it’s really fast moving Few good options in their fresh bakery section as well
