Massive Safety Risk & Complete Lack of Insight from Management A fire broke out in the kitchen directly below us during our stay. There were no working smoke detectors and no warnings from the staff. It was purely by chance that we noticed the fire at all. We wanted to leave the hotel for the day and found out that the elevator had no power and a cleaning lady told us about the fire. We wanted to leave the building via the stairwell only to find that the door to it was locked and we were trapped inside the building. We were only able to evacuate through the underground garage after the responding fire department forced the door open. Management showed zero accountability regarding the missing smoke detectors and the blocked emergency exit. When we pointed out how dangerous this could have been at night, the front desk simply replied, 'Well, our kitchen is closed at night.' The accomodation rejected our refund request on the grounds that 'nothing bad actually happened.' Booking.com, who we booked via, showed a similar attitude and told us that they couldn't do much since the accomodation had refused the refund. If you value basic safety and professional service, avoid this proper

Pari was so helpful with checking in after a mistake on my end! The room was comfortable and the stay was enjoyable, I would book again if I returned to Budapest.

I recently stayed here during my travels and had grear experience overall. There was a small hiccup with my unit at the beginning of my stay, but it was addressed promptly and professionally. The staff were responsive and made sure everything was resolved, which I greatly appreciated. I had booked my stay on very short notice while traveling from Canada, and the team was accommodating and helpful throughout the process. The apartment itself was beautifully renovated, clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location was excellent, and I felt very comfortable throughout my stay. I truly appreciated the effort and customer service provided. Thank you for making my stay enjoyable. I would be happy to stay here again in the future and would gladly recommend it to others.

Very spacious for the stay but I wouldn't say it's the cleanest.
