Ma készpénzt fizettem be. A hölgy a pénztárban a közleményt rosszul írta be, a szöveg egy részét kihagyta, pedig kétszer is lediktáltam. Nem értem, ha nem tudja leírni, amit diktálok, akkor miért nem bízta rám, hogy beírjam én? Csak remélni tudom, hogy nem lesz baj belőle. Egy számla ellenértéke volt, viszonylag nagy összeg.

1,5 órát varattak úgy hogy nem. Volt Bent előttem senki és 10 asztalbol csak 1 dolgozott. Igazi semmirekellő az ügyintézés

Tegnap délután végtörlesztést szerettem volna intézni egy 2006-ban felvett hitel ügyében. Az ügyintéző azt mondta nem lehet személyesen intézni, applikációt töltetett le, majd az ott megadott telefonszámon hívjam őket. "Intézzem otthonról!!!", hangzott kérdéseimre a válasz. Fel is hívtam az applikációban lévő telefonszámot, 10 perc csörgtés után felvették, majd mondták várjak tovább, adnak mási ügyintézőt, kb újabb 10 perc múlva beleszolt egy hölgy, aki arról tájékoztatott, hogy 48 órán belül visszahívnak, ott feltehetem a kérdéseimet. 😱 Mivel az ügyintézésre szabadságot vettem ki, (ezzel senki nem foglalkozott, hiába említettem) így Újpestről átutaztam a 6. kerületbe, Westendbe, Raiffeisen bankba. Ott kb 7 perc várakozás után fogadott egy kedves ügyintéző hölgy, aki azonnal el tudott nekem intézni mindent a helyszínen. Nagyon köszönöm neki a szíves ügyintézést.
