This is a terrible bank. We went there to unlock our bank account, but the staff refused to help us. We went four times and each time we received the same refusal from the female employee. The staff were rude and evasive. It would be better if this Raiffeisen Bank were shut down.

I went into the bank to get information. The "Manager, name is 🌸 (a blonde woman), treated me very rudely. I even asked, "Is everything alright?" The treatment was absurd. She needs urgent training. And the way she speaks to employees is anything but kind. I'm going to leave Arkad and cross the city to go to my branch. Unfortunately, that's how it is. People treat others badly without even knowing who they are.

Very professional and helpful, I never encountered any issues in the now 5 years that I am in this bank/branch. I also have to mention that I had/have a great advisor, very helpful and very responsive. I would recommend.
