The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. The location is very convenient, with bus stops nearby, making it easy to get around. The price was also very reasonable for the quality and comfort provided.

Absolutely terrible. We got into our room and there is no AC. Also no screens so we couldn’t even open the windows at night without bugs getting in. Just one small fan that was it. Spiders were all over the bathroom and there was mold in the shower. Also, water got all over the floor every time we showered. The toilet seat was completely broken and every time we sat on it, it would slide off 😭😭. We had ants everywhere as well. There were oil stains everywhere and the ants were flocking to them. Just dirty in general and there was only one small mirror in the bathroom.

Very disappointing experience. The room did not match the description or photos shown on Agoda — there was no desk as advertised, and instead of a double bed, there were two single beds pushed apart. Basic amenities like shampoo or shower gel were also missing. When I reported this to the staff, they said there were no available rooms to fix the issue and asked me to come back the next day. Even after following up multiple times, nothing was resolved. The service was unhelpful and indifferent, and the overall stay felt uncomfortable and dishonest compared to what was promised on the listing. Definitely not worth the price or the Agoda rating.
