No rate deserved. This was one of the worst shopping experiences I’ve had. The staff was impolite , rude and careless, and customer service was practically nonexistent. I felt disrespected. The quality of service does not justify the prices at all. I strongly advise others to think twice before coming here.

Very bad experience at the Rossmann store in Arena Mall today. The staff treated me unfairly and pressured me into buying a perfume that I did not open or use. I felt extremely uncomfortable and disrespected by their behavior. Instead of helping customers, they made me feel accused and forced into paying. This is not acceptable customer service. I expected professionalism and respect, but I received the opposite. I do not recommend this store based on my experience

I am very disappointed with my recent experience at Rossmann because one of the employees was impolite and unprofessional. Due to this negative behavior and poor customer service, I do not recommend this store.

Are you okey???I came home and noticed that the pencil was used! Fully!!!! The piece fell out and there was no more product left there!

Like all the other Rossmann shops, it has good discounts and reduced items too. This one is actually very big, so the food and drinks/tea section is well stocked, as are the beauty, cleaning and house products (they have many candles, often quite reduced from their original prices!). You can also print your pictures here. Unfortunately though, it still doesn't have the self-checkout which has been installed in many branches in the city, therefore if you're there not at a peak time, you may end up waiting a while for a member of staff to come to the till. It is right at one of the entrances/exits of the shopping center, so it's easy to quickly come and go.
