Usually here there is as security a really nice guy. This time a younger guy was here with a moustache and few hair on the head. We bought some things, and the guy decided to check on us. After some minutes checking carefully the ticket he let us go as if he was forgiving us from stealing a 500ft item (which we did not ofc). He was mega rude during all this interaction. Not recommended at all

Today I had the worst experience ever. When I needed help I ask a young guy (blonde) for help but he refused to help me (he said he doesn’t speak English). After that I went to ask a middle aged woman with long hair (brunette) and she just looked at me while I was asking her for my help and after I finished she just left and ignored me completely. Without any explanation or any help. After that she just went to the same guy who refused to help me and said to the guy while laughing : you don’t speak english? As if he does but he didn’t want to help!!!!!! Super rude and not at all professional.

Horrible experience. One of the security guys (a thin, bald one) stayed the entire time staring a me, not moving away while I was checking the perfumes. It was really disturbing that he was that close and the whole time. Would recommend staying away from this rossmann, unless you wanna feel extremely uncomfortable.

The security staff is either asleep standing, or if they find any attractive people they google them from like 0.5 meters. And then they are offended if you mention them staring.

They don't want to serve customers with a small dog in their arms. When everyone is becoming more pet friendly, this store is moving in the opposite direction. I advise you to reconsider your policy.
