Nekem nagyon negatív a tapasztalatom. Ott vásároltunk egyben házassági és eljegyzési gyűrűt is a vőlegényemmel. Aki ott van eladó nagyon tájékozatlan, feledékeny, szétszórt. Érdemi segítséget nem tudott adni. A jeggyűrűmet szűkíttetni kellett, megadtak egy határidőt, nem telefonált, majd egy héttel később telefonáltam ÉN, hogy mi a helyzet.. jaj hát ő elfelejtette, az még oké egyszer plusz elnézést kért. Bemegyek, hozzá teszem 5 hónapos várandós vagyok, nem könnyű már közlekednem..elhozom a gyűrűt, aztán látom otthon, hogy a kivágott arany db sehol.. ez egy közel 1M forintos gyűrű amúgy..azért telefonálok, ő elfelejtette..jó mondom akkor bemegyek érte.. a házassági gyűrűnél ugyan ez… bemegyek..kivágott arany db sehol a vőlegényem gyűrűjéből…azt mondta átvételkor megkérdezi és telefonál, persze nem telefonált és megse kérdezte..ÉN telefonáltam ismét…majd közölte ismét elfelejtette megkérdezni majd visszaszól.. hív és a válasz: Valószínűleg eldolgozták..hát biztosra akkor honnan tudom meg? Rakat pénzt ott hagytuk de ez nekem iszonyat negatív volt..

Hát mai napon (2025.07.04-en) voltunk ott 16ora utan nem sokkal. Becsongettunk. Kijott a holgy, kozolte,h o mar megy es nem engedett be minket. Ez milyen mar? Elvileg 18oraig van nyitva. Nem semmi hely… Nem is ertem. Ezt lehet, szabad?

A hölgy nagyon kedves és segítőkész volt velem. Az ujjamra rászorult egy gyűrű, azonnal segítségemre indult, mindent megtett azért hogy a gyűrű lekerüljön az ujjamról. Az egész folyamat nagyjából 5 percet vett igénybe. Sikeres akció volt. :)

The shop assistant was very helpful and friendly. The store is clean and organised, with beautiful and reasonable price jewelry. Though we didn't get the jewelry from the shop as there was no size, she recommended other field places for us to have a look.

Great selection of jewellery and nice shop assistants make the visit pleasant, although ask for the pieces with long lead in time as those are the best.
