Impressed by customer service. They didn’t have the glasses I wanted because they were discontinued. Despite this, they kept working to provide me with a solution. Several days later, they tracked one down for me and promptly let me know.

Very friendly and helpful store! Thanks to the owner and his wife, finally I can wear my broken glasses again. Im so glad to see nice people in my neighbourhood. They are also expert about sport sunglasses.

I visited the optika becasue of recommendation. I needed new glasses and wanted something different. You definately get different - in a very good way - as you step foot in the store. The ambiance is chill and so is the optician. You will get support and useful information even if you are only looking. I definately found my new funky Etnia glasses and had a great time trying on almost all what they have. 100% recommend.
