Webshopon rendeltem tőlük egy pólót/mezt, de sajnos a méret nem lett jó, ezért vissza kellett küldenem és nem volt már másik méret belőle. A rendelésemet gyorsan feldolgozták és átadták a futárszolgálatnak, 1-2 nap alatt megkaptam. Ami ennél is pozitívabb, hogy amikor visszaküldtem, másnapra már vissza is utalták a pénzt. Mindenképpen pozitív eddig a tapasztalatom velük kapcsolatosan.

Sziasztok! Szilveszter nevű tetovàlt, szemüveges srác szolgàlt ki minket, mindvègig nagyon segitőkész volt illetve nagyon baràtsàgos, jó fej, mindenről kaptunk tàjékoztatàst, minden boltba ilyen eladók kellenènek..:) Biztosan jövünk még, köszönjük mégegyszer, 5 csillag

Kinéztem egy. Cipőt 23 ezerért a honlapjukon az üzletbe elmentem ott jött a meglepetés hogy 32 ért adnák. Rendelni nemlehet bolti átvétellel. Rugalmasság nulla. A legdrágább cipőbolt pedig a legolcsóbb is lehetne ha lenne bolti átvételük kp ért. Inkább megvettem máshol személyesen drágábban.

The staff at this store were extremely indifferent. When my wife asked if they had other sizes of shoes, one of the employees became very impatient and even made fun of Asian appearances. A store like this shouldn't exist in a civilized society!

I came to buy two shoes for me and my wife, around 8:15pm. I had a budget of around 50.000 Ft - 70.000 Ft for that which is quite fair for two branded shoes. The staff who worked on 25.07.2024 has zero soft skills. No smile to the customer. When we ask for a size, we could feel her face changed in to an grumpy mood. (she even said something in Hungarian like we were a disturbance to her). My wife felt so uncomfortable when she asked for a different size and we literary felt that they don't care at all. We even realized that the staff were laughing at our back for some reason. Even if you sell high end products, your service was below average or null. Then we went to a different shop just opposite to your store after buying only one pair of shoes (Just because the offer was good, if not we would leave for sure). It was not a common experience for us. All the other shops we went were good, attentive and we end up getting the other shoes (which we wanted to buy at your store at the first time) from the shop infront to you.
