I came here about a year ago for the first time bu accident and stumbled upon a wonderful tasty bistro eatery. The ladies served amazing borscht and they have a variety of dumplings and delicious pancakes, so I came back this year. The staff is very polite, welcoming and attentive. I recommend stopping by to have a bite if you are hungry while strolling nearby the parlament.

Easiest five stars on our trip, such an adorable place! We had lunch here twice, and our waitress Marina was a ray of sunshine ☀️ Great service, food, atmosphere - and seating both indoors and outdoors. 100% recommend!

Fantastic spot for authentic Eastern European comfort food! Had an amazing experience at SVOI. The handmade pelmeni were perfectly cooked and served with a rich side of sour cream, and the chebureki (csebureki) were crispy, fresh, and delicious! Paired everything with a super refreshing homemade mint lemonade, which hit the spot. Highly recommend sitting outside on the terrace if the weather is nice. Great food, fair prices, and friendly service.

Vitália was so sweet and gave us fantastic recommendations! We had dumplings and crepes and everything was incredible. The drinks were delicious too! We will be back next time we visit. Such a perfect location close to Liberty Square

The food was quite tasty, but it didn’t exceed our expectations. What disappointed us the most was the fact that the dishes are not prepared on-site. Unfortunately, the restaurant uses frozen products. I was also a bit disappointed with the presentation of the food, as everything was served in disposable cardboard containers. I was expecting more. The service, however, was great. I have no complaints. The staff responded to all of our requests very quickly, which left us with a very positive impression. The location is very convenient, although the seating area is quite small.
