Went there on a Tuesday morning, didnt wait for long, the guy who helped me spoke English very well and answered all my questions. I need an e sim with a hungarian number, everything works perfectly.

Want to attract attention of T-MOBILE Allee Director to a wonderful performance of a new Security gentlemen Ishtvan who welcomed us today at T-MOBILE Allee office today on Sunday December 21. Ishtvan is extremely polite, Customer friendly, very professional, willing to help, positive and kind. He makes the whole atmosphere inside the T-Mobile Allee very welcoming and warm. Thank you so much Ishtvan for your help and a very professional and nice attitude to people!

I visited this location and waited for one hour before being assisted. During that time, several customers who arrived after me were called and completed their visits, while I continued to wait. When I asked the manager for clarification, I was given no reasonable explanation. She did not even understand what i am saying. I had selected English as my preferred language, but everyone on site appeared to speak English, so that should not have been a factor. At the end the system has technical issues and wasted one and half hour sitting there. Overall, I found the experience poorly managed and disrespectful to customers’ time.
