Incompetent worker trying to sell Samsung devices at all costs. Offering same or worse conditions for contract renewal and commitment. Avoid David as he is rude and unpolite.

For the first time after going to Telekom at Corvin, I decided to give a try at this one. These are the highlights : -The waiting time was specially very short -The gentleman who assisted me was kind, helpful, honest and pro-active. -He went to look fresh water for my dog -He even helped me preparing a coffee (yes, they offer this for free) I am ́more than satisfied and will continue coming here. Thank you!

Very bad experience with the service here. I came to end my contract and found out that they didn't end it, and after months, I received bills because of their mistake. I had to pay all the bills, and they did not cancel them, even after many complaints!!!

It is NOT recommended at all. I left there after waiting for 45 minutes without being called for my turn. The sellers are sleeping in this center!
