I just gave a single word for Telekom- HORRIBLE**** Telekom gave me an appointment for a new broadband connection. Engineer cancelled last minute, even I asked them to escalate they didn’t and gave me an appointment after a week. Live chat support told me someone will call me and engineer will come next but didn’t happen and then I travelled to Budapest store and they Sold me prepaid sim saying that I will get unlimited internet until broadband connected but then told me it’s for postpaid sim and returned my money. Guy showed up today and told me that due to trees he can’t work and another team will be contacted and they will give new appointment to get this done. I talked to the store manager and told him that it’s not acceptable as it is impacting my work so pls cancel my broadband request and he responded- ok thanks. Wow what a customer service , failed to get broadband connection in 2 weeks and no regrets loosing the customer. Be careful when you choose service providers. Treating customer like joke. Shows how serious they are about business. Thanks

Terrible service , i have choosen the English customer services , the guy there doesn't speak English and he continues to speak in Hungarian!

Most terrible Service ever. I have visited Telekom today and choose English speaking customer service. And waiter for almost Half an hour. And then I saw my number on the screen. I went to the 13th number desk and the old guy with Grey Hair said he doesn't speak English and I said then why did you choose this number and called me. Because I have receipt with English speaking customer service. And I translate that I just need a Puk code for my Sim thats it. 1 minute thing. And he refused to help and I had to leave. TERRIBLE SERVICE .. I LITERALLY CAN SEE THIS GUY DOESN'T LIKE HIS JOB.
