You could tell this place was going to be good just from the outside. It was mostly filled with older locals, which is always a good sign. I’ve been living nearby for a while, so I’ve had the chance to try quite a few places in the area, and this is easily one of the best Hungarian restaurants around. The food is delicious, the portions are generous, and it’s the kind of place you could happily eat at on a regular basis. I’ll definitely be coming back!

This is the best restaurant of its type that I have been to since coming to Budapest. It’s busy at lunch for good reason. The place is cute and super clean. The staff is nice and very helpful. The prices are very very reasonable.

It's fantastic place where to eat and have traditional hungarian food. You have more options to choose and eat there or take away and personal is speaking english. Very lovely and nice place, easy to find or travel by public transport.

One of my go to traditional Hungarian food cafeteria. It was here, where I tried my 1st local cuisine, and have being going there since for lunch takeouts. They offer many varieties of foods, salads, soups, and desserts, and the prices are decent and fair. The front staff are very kind and most can speak English, and do their best to explain the food and ingredients if there is no long queue. They have ac inside, so it's possible to dine inside during hot summers. My only recommendation for the chefs, to reduce the saltiness and oilness of the food, especially their stews and meats. Overall, a good place to enjoy local food. Keep up the good food and service.
