Horrible place avoid it if you can. Minimum 30 days of waiting for a service appointment. Communication is non existent, only if they want to change the original offer to x3, 1 day before drop off. They never even care to properly screw back the parts. Neglecting any requests or questions.

AVIOD them, as far as you can. I went to the service to check the autopilot (not working), after 5 hours of waiting (while they tested the car), they didnt realaised the problem....and had to pay more than 50000 HUF for nothing. After that they said will check again at another time, but after that no chat answer till nowfrom them...I went to another not original tesla service, they said the autopilot computer is need to be replaced, but the only service can do it is the Tesla service.... So start again with another Tesla service maybe Temesvár.

Used to attend the service several times with positive experience (for MX), however lately they have rejected my application for the service/diagnostic for HV components, saying that the car is being used in another region. The car is still under the warranty in EU for the battery and gear boxes. I believe that this is against Tesla's general policy and discriminating, but I have to look for the service somewhere else.

Only 2 employees available to support clients on a Saturday afternoon, not the best experience considering the brand expectations. No info available for the leasing option, we will be contacted separately, pretty odd for a car dealerships of such kind. Test drive was good, they leave you the car for 30 minutes, but I would have preferred to have an expert in the car with me for immediate questions and clarifications. Not the best experience to be honest.
