We were extremely disappointed by the actions of your staff. Thank you for your attention to this matter. On May 16, my friend and I visited your establishment at: Budapest, Klauzál u. 21, 1072. Upon entering, I paid by card for cloakroom service — 1000 HUF for two items on one hanger at approximately 10:50 PM. However, I was not given a receipt or ticket. At that moment, I did not pay attention to it and went inside to enjoy the evening. However, when we wanted to leave, the girls working at the cloakroom refused to return my belongings, saying: “No ticket — no clothes.” After that, the security guards began treating me very aggressively: they grabbed my arms and forcefully dragged me outside. I consider such behavior absolutely unacceptable and unlawful. I am a woman, and physical force was used against me by your security staff. This caused me both emotional and physical distress. I also find it unacceptable that cloakroom staff take payment for storing guests’ belongings, do not provide proof of payment, and then refuse to return the belongings. I ask you to investigate this situation and provide me with an official response. Sincerely, Anastasia

Wow! This hostel is truly a party hostel! Nothing less and nothing more! Sleep and party and almost nothing in between. No chillout area in the room or any couch or proper eating tables. Shower and toilet was only one each dorm and for 8 people can be tricky. Anyway. It’s supper cheap and loud…. But the party, the crowd the many dance floors and pool tables ping pong darts air hockey, the underground floors and little dungeons… so many bars in one hostel???? I have never seen this before eventho I stayed in over 150 hostels worldwide. That was crazy! Absolutely worth to visit this for 3 nights party! Mostly very young Germans what was annoyingly for me as a German. But anyways. Was cool experience and not my last time here, cheers

Great ruin bar with reasonable selection of drinks. Some areas blocked for access due to private parties, but there was plenty of seating anyway. Enjoyed the place, but there were numerous people smoking - clothes smelt awful in the morning. Probably worth a revisit as the place had a good vibe and was open late!

Charming ruin pub with a vibrant atmosphere. Enjoy great music early in the evening and club beats at midnight. A welcoming spot where people of all ages can have a fantastic time.
