Extraordinary customer service by Nelly and Renato (5+ stars), who were very professional, helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. Before I came here, I have gone to several other shops in Budapest (shopping malls) looking for that special watch that I could connect with, but was not able to find it. Here, to my delight, I found what I was looking for (Tissot Men's 316L). Combined with the fantastic customer service, top quality product, price, as well as the discount received, I was delighted to purchase my lovely watch. I was so pleased that I have ordered the same watch for my wife as well (in lady's size), which I will be picking up in a day or two. The shop will send me a text message, when it is ready for me to be picked up. I highly recommend this shop, you will not regret it. God bless!

It’s always a pleasure to return to this shop. My husband and I were searching for a gift, and the consultant, Ivett, was incredibly helpful—she spoke excellent English and was very polite! I highly recommend this shop, especially for non-Hungarian speakers. Thank you once again

I got helped out by a very nice lady Ivett, she got me a beautiful ring for my proposal to my girlfriend. I needed a different size and she got it super quick from a different location, spoke perfect English and was very helpful. Would very recommend this store!

Staff starts conversation with mentioning the price of the jewelry. It isn't attractive at all and makes me purchase any goods somewhere else.

Their DOXA watch after a few months use, the leather already broke. Really bad. Guarantee doesn't cover!
