refused to accept in English, German. It was necessary to pass authentication. The account has been blocked for more than two weeks. How bank employers got the high education without foreign language???

Slow, racist staff, staff refuses to help if you don't speak Hungarian. Staff gets agressive if you ask for help. Useless branch, avoid if you don't speak Hungarian..

Despite the convenient location I do not recommend this place. The service is extremely slow, you have to wait 1-2 hours even if there are barely any customers in line. Out of all the desk only 2-3 are in operation, which does not speed up things in the slightest.
