I had inflated expectations based on the rating... I cannot say anything bad about the taste - the food was very delicious, especially the sauce for the rolls. But in "pad thai with shrimps" I found just 5 poor shrimps, while even on their menu picture it was at least twice more (but as I said - it was still delicious). I don't like this approach.

Outstanding spot if you just want fantastic Vietnamese food without any fuss. The soup is packed with flavor, portions are solid, and the prices are completely reasonable. Service is super fast, and I really appreciated that there was no service fee added to the bill and they didn't try to force a tip at checkout (very rare in Budapest nowadays). Pure focus on good food.

This is authentic local Vietnamese food, prepared and served by the owners themselves. Everything was absolutely delicious and full of flavor. Eating here feels like being in Vietnam for a little while. I highly recommend stopping by and trying the Pad Thai – it was excellent! The prices are very reasonable for the quality of the food and the experience. I would definitely come back again.

We had a great experience at this Vietnamese restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious, especially the Pad Thai, which was full of flavor and definitely something I would highly recommend. The atmosphere was nice we would gladly come back.

I’ve been visiting Viet Corner randomly since spring last year, and every single visit has been a pleasure. Everything I’ve tasted so far has been fresh, flavourful, and consistently delicious. Today I had the Pho Bo Chun (see photo), and once again it absolutely hit the spot, comfort food at its best. Beyond the food, the restaurant itself deserves praise. It’s always clean, tidy, and cozy, making it a really pleasant place to sit and enjoy a meal. What stands out just as much is the staff including the chef who are genuinely friendly, welcoming, and always smiling when you arrive. That kind of atmosphere makes you want to come back. They also have a lovely outdoor terrace, which usually opens in late spring, and the location is excellent and easy to reach. Over the months, I’ve noticed more and more returning guests, which says a lot. The steady stream of five-star reviews within just a year clearly reflects what many of us feel. My impressions perfectly match my taste buds and overall experience. Viet Corner has clearly built a loyal group of regulars and for very good reason. Thank you, and keep up the great work!
