Már a rendelésem felvétele is rendkívül udvarias, megértő és biztató volt a kért igen rövid határidő miatt, amit teljesítettek is ígéretüknek megfelelően! A kapott desztvíz minősége KIVÁLÓ, általam mért vezetőképessége 3 mikro-Siemens volt mind a három ötliteres kannában! Sajnálom, hogy nem tudok méltóképp köszönetet mondani az Önöktől ért kellemes meglepetések sorozata miatt! Eddig nem tapasztaltam ilyen kiváló mentalitást netes kereskedésektől! Köszönöm szépen mégegyszer!

Megpróbáltak átverni, a Szentkirályi ásványvíz helyett a szentkirályi szódás tisztított vizét küldték ki, mivel a Szentkirályi ásványvíz forgalmazását bebukták. Az utolsó csepp,mikor rendelek 2 ballon másik fajta vizet, kifizetem előre a szállítási díjat is, de közlik,hogy csak 3-at szállítanak ki hozzám. Nem korrekt a cég ne vegyen tőlük senki semmit.

Nem értem a negatív véleményeket. Előző héten rendeltem még pünkösd előtt, felhívtam az ügyfélszolgálatot, akik minden kérdésemre kézségesen válaszoltak, megbeszéltük a szerdai szállítást és már be is üzemeltem a podcast stúdiónkba. Nagyon szépen köszönöm a segítséget, gyors szállítást és a részletes tájékoztatást.

Beware! This is an unethical company! They advertise 1–3 day delivery on their website, yet after I placed my order on Tuesday and already paid for delivery, they demanded additional payment just to deliver it by Friday. What’s even worse is that if I hadn’t called them myself, I would never have known that my order was actually scheduled to be delivered a full week later. This information was never communicated proactively. The fact that they can deliver by Friday if you pay extra clearly shows that they deliberately deprioritize customers who pay the standard delivery fee, pushing their orders back by a week or more.
