I had a bit more complex issue to solve and initially it seemed it wasn't doable. However, Maximilian persevered and tried various different ways to find a solution and succeded in the end! I am really grateful for his kind, friendly and professional approach, especially his willingness to keep trying, instead of simply saying he cannot help! Great customer service experince thanks to him!

Honestly, I didn’t want to write this, but the experience was too unpleasant to stay silent. We went to Yettel to sort out an issue with our contract, and the employee named Károly made the whole situation even more frustrating. We had several questions — it wasn’t an easy case — but instead of being understanding, he acted annoyed and said, “I already explained it 5 times to you,” with a mocking tone. What made it worse is that information I looked for was in Hungarian, and it was really hard for me as a foreigner to understand the details of the contract, as my Hungarian is A1. We came to the store hoping to get some help, but instead we were treated with arrogance and zero patience. Yes, his English is fluent, but his attitude was very unprofessional. Very disappointing experience.

The worker who's name is Károly was very rude towards us. We had problem with our Yettel contract and we had to ask questions many times to fully understand and find solution to our situation. But he, instead of being patient with us, said "i just explained it 5 times to you" with sneer. He speaks english very good, but he could adjust his behavior to keep clients. I understand, maybe he was tired, but it doesn't justify his attitude.

I was in need of a Sim card for my phone. I found the store with some help of very friendly locals. I went into the store, was helped immediately by a very kind and patient young woman. She helped me understand my options and got me all setup. It was a very easy and pleasant experience all the way around!!

Ridiculously slow customer service. It appears that people have to log in via a computer to take a ticket but the computer doesn't give any language choices. There's no direction that this is what you are supposed to do so lots of confused customers. When we asked for help on how to get served a frantic sales rep started waving her arms and telling us exasperatedly she was busy with another customer. The shop didn't seem that busy. All we wanted to do was buy a charger and it took an hour. We could see there were other Hungarian customers clearly fed up also. At times there were employees stood about chatting and looking bored so we couldn't understand why we were not being given any service.
