Sinestrea ! 5 months ago

I had quite a bad experience here. I was directed to this place because they had the item I wanted to buy. However, in such a large store, I couldn’t find any staff member to assist me.

Absolutely awful return policy! This is unacceptable! They do not allow exchange even if the item is faulty if 3 days have passed! 3 DAYS!! They are sending the low quality product to a service and you must accept it. You have zero rights in this country as a customer to exchange to a different brand. I mean who wants the same product after you found it faulty!? This is pushed down my throat as a customer, this is how they thank you for shopping there! No other country in the world mistreat a customer like this! Do mot shop for electronics in Media Markt!! Go abroad to Austria or anywhere else but Hungary!! Not to mention the rude and arrogant dude who was behind the counter. The young lady was somewhat ok but wasn't very nice either.

Awful!!!!!!!!👎👎👎 I wanted to buy a Dyson air wrap set but No one was there to give it to me!!!!!! I asked everyone Please and they said that the key is with their colleague and she is not there anymore so What Should I do???????????? I am really sorry for the management of this media market!

Most of the guarantee is fixing not changing the item. After too many times, they agree to give me a new item of massage chair but the workers at the services point were very upset as he seems he will be fined about that, which I know it is not. Despite he is speaking good English, I have said thanks to him 3 times and he didn't reply to me. However, due to changing the product, I will update to give 4 stars instead of 3. If you ask me which place is it, it is in Budapest, Mamut Plaza.
