Időpontra érkeztem, és egy nagyon kedves, profi, ügyfélcentrikus kollégához, Györgyhöz kerültem. Nem voltam egyszerű eset, és ő a központot is felhívta, hogy több kedvezményt tudjon szerezni az új telefonom tarifájához és törlesztőrészleteihez. A központos hölgy (nem tudom a nevét) is nagyon korrekt volt a telefonban, sikerült megegyeznünk egy nekem is elfogadható megoldásban. Ajánlom az üzletet, mert fél évvel ezelőtt is egy nagyon kedves szőke lány szolgált ki, sajnos a nevére nem emlékszem. Érdemes időpontra érkezni, és akkor nincs várakozás: online nagyon egyszerűen foglalható. Összességében nagyon kellemes élményekkel távoztam.

The guy sold me a 30 go plan even though I only asked for 10. He said it's the minimum I can get for the first month. Overall not satisfied. If you go there bear in mind they'll try to sell you the most expensive offer they can and they won't be transparent about it.

One of the worst customer service, it is the biggest luck if you could catch someone who speaks English and bring a better attitude. The guy who was working today didn't even lift his eyes from his phone and said to me that he doesn't speak English and than silence. I had a feeling that he hate this job and all of the customers who dare to come and ask for help. I asked him several questions like "should I call someone and etc " I only could got the number of call center. That's not the first time how this guy making this attitude. I mean you could just pretend that you are trying to help. Nobody deserves this attitude especially when you are the guest in this country
