A Szemlő-hegyi-barlang felett található parkban van, lépcsőn lehet felmenni. A parkból szintén lépcsőkőn lehet felmenni a hegyoldalra, itt van a barlangászok és hegymászók emlék táblája. Tibeti ima zászlók lobognak az emlék kőnél, ami nagyon szép. Kessler Hubert neves barlangász és hegymászó volt, róla nevezték el a parkot.

Szomorú, hogy ilyen sok név szerepel a barlangkutatóknál és az elhunyt hegymászóknál is. Ennél szomorúbb csak az elhunyt motorosok emlékhelye volt a Kékestetőn több száz halottal. Viszont a hely gyönyörű. Még télen is csodálatos a kilátás.

Szemlőhegyi barlang feletti parkban található, az emlékpark. Hegymászókra és barlangászokra emlékezünk. Nyitva tartás 8-16-ig (barlanggal szinkronban)

A Magyar Karszt- és Barlangkutató Társulat a Szemlő-hegyi-barlang felett 1993-ban létesített emlékhelyet a balesetekben meghalt barlangkutatók emlékére, egy sziklatömb pedig azoknak a hegymászóknak állít emléket akik a sziklamászás során vesztették életüket.
