Ideal place to stay for students, location is very good. Managers and overall stuff are so kind and helpful. I really enjoyed living there.

I’ve been staying here for a while now and overall I’m satisfied. It’s a simple and affordable place, nothing fancy, but it does the job. The location is quite convenient, and everything you need for daily life is there. The management is responsive and easy to communicate with, which makes the stay more comfortable. If you’re looking for a budget-friendly option in Budapest and don’t expect luxury, this is a solid choice.

I strongly advise avoiding to stay at this place. The staff at the reception and the management pretend to be kind and helpful, but in reality, they are not at all. I truly cannot recommend it. The noise from the kitchen and neighbors is also very disturbing. In addition, almost all electrical appliances such as hair dryers, fans, and rice cookers are prohibited under the excuse that they use “too much wattage.” If you use them, you will be fined. The management regularly comes for so-called “room inspections,” where they deliberately find faults and impose fines on tenants. Many other residents have also reported that their deposits were not returned. When moving in, the rooms are already quite dirty and dusty, but when moving out, they find excuses to withhold the deposit. I will also share my experience in the university WhatsApp group and the freshman group so that others can be aware. Furthermore, the rent increases every six months, even though the quality of the rooms is very poor for the price. It is much better to look for other accommodation. I strongly recommend avoiding this place.
