Security is extremely rude. Knocking like crazy to fitting rooms on every stall and shouting at everyone! 15 mins before closing time! I almost had a heart attack and other women in fitting rooms were frightened of him! Awful.

I will never go there again. When I came out of the laundry room, the person there stopped me from hanging the clothes on the clothesline. What exactly is she doing there and what does she get paid for? I have never seen this behavior in any store.

The security guard burst into all the fitting rooms 20 minutes before closing, pulling back the curtains. He was dragging people out of the store and pushing them around. When I simply tried to take the clothes so I could purchase them, he started shouting at me, saying they were already closed. This happened at 20:45, and he forced several people out of the store. This constitutes assault.

The security guy was extremely rude and was chasing out customers before the closing time. 6min were left, which I understand is late, but still within the OPEN time. I was quickly trying to buy a garment for an event i had, it was right next to the entrance and I just had to swipe my card, it would have taken less than 30 seconds. It wasn’t just that he denied but the way he did it was extremely rude. Customer service should have customer service skills at the very least.

Totally horrible experience. we were treated like criminals when we clearly have paid and had proof of it. stopping the asian family from getting out, but not stopping the white people having the EXACT same problem is absolutely insane. treating their clients like trash and then backing out last minute once they were proven wrong with no proper apology whatsoever. such a disappointment !!! I think if u from Indonesia better dont shopping in this store !!
