Good day, I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the customer service we received at your Budapest store yesterday. Your brand is one of our favorites, and we regularly shop at your stores in different countries, including Italy and Munich. We have always enjoyed shopping with you, which is why our experience in Budapest was so shocking and disappointing. We made a significant purchase, but despite that, we were treated with a complete lack of respect. As the store was closing, members of your staff shouted at us and rushed us out of the store, repeatedly saying, “It’s 7:02, we’re closing!” We fully understand and respect store closing hours, but there is no excuse for speaking to customers in such an unprofessional and disrespectful manner. To make matters worse, although we made a substantial purchase, we were not offered a Tax Free form, nor were we informed that one could be issued. As international visitors, this was particularly disappointing. Unfortunately, every member of staff we interacted with was rude and unfriendly. I was surprised by the rude and unprofessional attitude of the sales assistants and the store manager. They refused to issue the VAT refund form after I had paid for my purchase, claiming that the store has its own rules and does not provide VAT refund documentation after payment. This policy was neither communicated in advance nor explained before I completed my purchase, making the experience both disappointing and frustrating.

I am quite a constant customer of the brand, however, I must say that their customer service is just plummeting down. Yesterday I have purchased pants there, before going into the fitting room which was full with the clothes previously tried, I have asked if they should be removed before me going in... The response from newer girl (haven't seen her before) who was sorting the clothes there was irritation and a mad look... Moreover, the cashier both upstairs and downstairs is always empty, while customers wait until the divine presence of one of the sellers occurs... no hello, no thank you, no any normal human behavior...

Absolutely loved my visit to the COS store in Budapest! The service was amazing – the girls working there were kind, helpful, and really made the whole experience enjoyable. I finally found the perfect black and white T-shirts I’ve been searching for everywhere – the quality is exactly what I expect from COS: clean cuts, timeless design, and excellent fabric. Since we don’t have COS in Serbia, I was especially excited to stock up while I was in town. Can’t wait to come back!
