unusually poor service for a luxury store. three salespeople, only the person behind the cash register greeted us. the other two were busy with each other. if you need luxury in your life, I recommend getting it somewhere else than here

It's good when someone performs, otherwise the music is not great and the prices are too high (for me). The place looks nice though

Went there for an Erasmus party. Very nice DJ, very good musics, just a little bit too crowded

I will never return here. They are thief. They stole me 300€ My girlfriend asked for a price of sunglasses and they shoved her price of 67.900 HUF which is around 200€. So I decided to buy those sunglasses and they charged from my credit card 174.900 HUF which is 500€. Unfortunately for me I found out that they robbed me on the way to Slovakia. And it was too late. Check the photos that I am not lying. I wouldn’t be surprised if they sold me a fake. If you want your money to be stolen dont wait a minute and go there. I guarantee you that they can do that very well. It is sad how they make money from tourist. You shoud be ashamed Heaven Budapest.

Really nice clothes but the service is absolutely unacceptable. They didn't even say hello, after half an hour of trying things on our own, because nobody asked if they can help. Then a couple came in and they offered them drinks and help, while the employees are still not talking to us.
