The tower view is a scam. You can barely see anything. It's not cheap at all, around 10€ and you can only see the white bridge and nothing much else. There's a window that you cannot go to as there's a fence.

The oldest church in Budapest. Although not very beautifull its historical place worth seeing. In the ticket price all is included (tower and crypts). Admission ticket is a little pricey. Staff is really nice and helpfull.

Inner City Parish Church is located in a square very close to the Danube River. It was originally built in the 11th century. During the Ottoman period, it was used as a mosque while the city was under Ottoman rule. After the city was retaken, it was converted back into a Catholic church and restored in Baroque style. It underwent major restorations in the 19th and 20th centuries and reached its current form. However, both the exterior and interior give a rather modern impression rather than a strongly historical one. In particular, the automatic glass doors inside take away some of its historical atmosphere. Still, it is worth visiting. It is quite large, has a spacious interior, and features impressive architecture.

A wonderful and charming experience. A chance to really learn some history of Budapest and even get to see discovered remains of a roman camp that serve as the foundation to the location of the church. A beautiful experience with a guided tour map and explanation helps to create a simple Navigation that's very informative. Definitely worth a visit

A beautiful old church that sits looking out at the Danube and which is built upon the ruins of old Roman Budapest. I paid 3500 Forint to enter and was given a guided tour of the church that was full of information. The tour took me around the church, up to the tower (complete with nice views of Budapest and the Danube. You then get a chance to head downstairs and see the church foundations and some of the Roman stonework. It's well worth your time to enter. The man selling tickets was extremely friendly and welcoming and I'm glad I took the time to enter.

Pretty cool. Can see some Roman building as the base of the church. Cool info dotted around too. Elevator was broken when I went so prepare to get dizzy walking up the winding stairs

A beautiful church with almost a thousand years of history (even older if you count the Roman ruins beneath the church). The church is filled with intricate carvings and statues, as well as previous murals and artifacts. You can go beneath the church into the crypts and take an elevator to go up the tower.
