Location couldn't be more convenient, close to the key sites, the river, etc. We had an amazing four-night stay, enjoying the tidiness and coziness of the hotel. The staff, especially Peter, were genuinely supportive and went out of their way for us, including an extended checkout time. Definitely recommended.

An amazing gem in the middle of Budapest! Modern and comfortable hotel with exceptional and attentive staff. The lady who checked me in (sorry I can’t remember her name) was so friendly and helpful and had a smile and warm greeting every time I saw her throughout my stay. The rooms are stunning, plenty of storage space, mini fridge and kettle with coffee and tea was a lovely bonus and also a large bottle of fresh water was much appreciated. The bathroom was spacious and luxurious, shower was great with additional waterfall shower head. Courtyard was beautiful and serene with complimentary coffee, water or wine available anytime. Breakfast was delicious, the breakfast room was a little small but perfectly functional. I had a great experience here and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Budapest! Thank you for a lovely stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Butik Art Hotel. The hotel is cozy and quiet, with a great location close to the main attractions in Pest and many restaurants nearby. Our room on the second floor was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with plenty of space for luggage. The bathroom was also large and well designed. Special thanks to Laura and the male receptionist for their warm welcome and excellent customer service. Please note that the hotel does not have a lift and reception is available until 7pm. Breakfast was not included in our rate but can be arranged in advance upon arrival. Overall, highly recommended for its value for money, comfort, location, and friendly staff.

Nice location and excellent service! The staff are friendly, helpful, and speak English well. The cleaning and breakfast services were also very good. However, the rooms weren’t as nice. Rooms 10 and 11 tend to be quite hot, and it’s difficult to open the windows. The air conditioning doesn’t work well enough either. It’s a blessing we stayed here at the beginning of April and not during the summer. The hotel rooms don’t offer a city view—only the apartments do. That said, if you’re just looking for a place to store your belongings while you’re out all day and only return to sleep at night, it’s a good choice.
