First and above all, the location is brilliant – very close to most of Budapest’s attractions, as well as plenty of lovely restaurants and bars around the hotel. An added bonus for motorists is the underground parking, although it’s a bit expensive, which is standard for such a central location. For a three-star hotel, the rooms are exceptionally comfortable. The breakfast could be a bit more variety.

bad experience. I came for 5 nights on vacation...but the rest was far from the "offered" services. I took a triple room, but the extra bed was pathetic. with a mattress that actually left its place, and leaves a hole in the middle of the bed. cleaning services? equally pathetic. if you are with a child who takes his afternoon nap between 12 and 15, you will not receive cleaning services. although I mentioned this to the reception, until departure I had no one who entered the room. I changed the towels in the hallway, but the sheets were not changed in 5 nights...not to mention taking out the trash or vacuuming/sweeping/mopping the floor. there was staff who did this on the floor, but they did not "think" of doing the cleaning differently. every day, they started from one end and arrived at us after we put DND on the door. Shall we go to breakfast? Very poor. besides the place where you eat is extremely small, for the size of the hotel, the diversity is not up to par either. if you stay more than 2 days, you have nothing to eat...the same omelettes, and waffles, few fruits (in full season). nothing diversified. Good things, I don't see, except the location, very central, and close

This hotel is very reasonably priced for such a fantastic location. Super close to the city centre with lots of food options around. Only a few minutes walk from St. Stephen’s Basilica and multiple forms of public transportation. We loved Romany at the front desk who took excellent care of us as well as Anna who was most helpful with our check our process! Thank you guys! The rooms are exceptionally clean, comfortable and the showers are a 10/10. There really isn’t much of a difference between the standard rooms and the rooms with the sofa bed but the extra space can be nice. The breakfast had a great variety and fabulous eggs. Highly recommend getting the breakfast add on. The WiFi is also reliable. The only note that we had was that the fitness center is located right by the front desk and has minimal privacy from the lobby but that is very minor. This hotel has water refill stations on each floor and they provide a water bottle for your stay as well which proved very helpful in the hot summer heat. Thank you to the team!
