Excellent hotel! The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. The atmosphere is wonderful — you really feel like you’re stepping back in time. The hotel is very atmospheric and authentic, which makes the experience truly special. The breakfast was also good. Highly recommended!

Stayed at this hotel 23rd to 26th March this year. Staff very attentive on reception and nothing is too much trouble for them. Staff at breakfast a little short with guests but they have a lot of people to get breakfast for and not alot of room to do it in. Breakfast could do with a few more hot choices and another toaster for definite as the one they have takes forever. The hotel itself is clean and tidy testimony to cleaning staff. The hotel is very centrally located with everything in walking or tram distance as trams are stopping a end of the road a couple of minutes away. All in all a good stay was had.
