Total scam! I requested to exchange polish currency for usd. The sour faced girl at the counter agreed then proceeded to process the exchange for forints! When I complained and requested my currency back she refused. She said oh well now you can change forints forusd. They triedvto scam me into a double exchange. This is criminal.

I have changed money in this office several times without any issues and at good rates. But last time, when I bought 500 euros, I was shortchanged. I had the exact sum of forints, mostly 5000 notes, had just withdrawn form ATM, but a cashier, after brief counting with a banknote counter, asked me to add one more 5000 note. I did so, I got home and checked again. I was deceived...

Big store, quick service, no need to wait, staffs speak English. Best rate among all places in Budapest. Just a few steps from the tram 4/6 and metro 4 station, very good location and easy to find. Recommended
