I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company based on my experience. * At pickup, I had to wait more than 30 minutes for the car. * I specifically asked the agent for a short explanation of the car's additional systems and features. The response was essentially that they were "like in other cars". This was not particularly helpful, and I had to figure them out myself. * I had very little time to familiarize myself with the car at the pickup point. I had to leave the garage almost immediately after receiving the key. Altogether, I had about 10 minutes, including the time the agent spent taking photos of the car. * Be aware that finding street parking around the hotel can be very difficult. The alternatives are the hotel garage or nearby underground garages, which can be expensive. * I requested and paid for full coverage, but only at pickup did I learn that there was still an excess ("önrész") payable in case of certain problems. I had not received clear information about this beforehand. * The car itself worked properly, and I returned it in perfect condition. My wife and I placed an order 3 weeks before our trip to Budapest which Enterprise accepted. We stipulated that it was a one way rental ending in Venice in the order. When we arrived to pick up the car we were told that we would not be given the car because our trip included Venice. When we asked to talk with the Manager, we were denied. This left us stranded without a car 4,665 miles from home. We wasted half a vacation day finding other arrangements. Luckily, we found a SIXT office that would rent us a car on the spot. We even saved a little over 200 euro below the cost we had agreed upon with Enterprise. I will NEVER do business with Enterprise again. You don't accept a booking three weeks in advance, then reject service on the spot without ever reaching out to the customer!

if you’re looking for car rental for touring around Hungary or Europe by car, I recommend you going to fox auto rent. when i came to Enterprise, they told me “just passing by Italy” (not even staying there but to go across) was solely $700. which is crazy, and the staff had us wait for so long to confirm that with another person. The saddest thing is not just he made us waited forever, and during that he made two phone calls (maybe he was a newbie), and after having us filled out ALL forms, taking copy of our passport, THEN he rejected to lend us a car (it was probably new car so didn’t want mileage to go up too much). Edit: If passing Italy was impossible, using a new car was impossible, maybe you could’ve told us that in the beginning so it didn’t need to waste both of our time. I am still very disappointed.

Positive - the guy at the pick up point was welcoming and helpful. Negatives - The car I'd hired had all manner of technical gremlins, including activating the anti-crash system at random intervals on an empty motorway. Despite being told there was a 2-hour grace period on the return time (to account for delays etc), I was still charged a chunky fee for this when I returned the car roughly one hour after the scheduled return time due to an accident on the motorway. Communication about deposits being returned is not clear, still awaiting this back. Be aware!

Great experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car at the airport! The staff were super helpful and polite, making the whole process quick and easy. The cars are new, clean, and well-maintained. Highly recommend — excellent service from start to finish!
