They not giving the ordered food to their patients. How could you deny food from their sick patients?! The security didn’t let the delivery person to the patient room, so basically they just steal the order. They have a huge sign that they can’t take any responsibility for the orders. Ridiculousness!

Disgusting behaviour from a night shift “anesthesiologist” who made us wait hours without knowing why only to find out he can’t give us the physical exam we need until AFTER his shift change. Forcefully rips the cannula out and laughs at us for choosing to leave without discharge papers. Get therapy, the emergency department isn’t a scapegoat to release your twisted feelings. His shift: May 5th 7pm - May 6th 7am

A very unfriendly place. If you are sick or need urgent care as a tourist or non-native Hungarian speaker, I strongly recommend avoiding this hospital. The staff's attitude makes it clear they would rather you just leave. During my visit, a triage nurse offered me a minor treatment and asked me to stand and wait. After 15 minutes of standing with no follow-up, I asked a different nurse about the treatment I was promised. His only response was a blunt 'NO' (which I initially confused with Jó, meaning good/okay in Hungarian, but quickly realized was just a flat refusal). I waited standing for another 5 minutes, and no one ever came to help. Sadly, this feels like an accurate portrait of the worst parts of the Hungarian healthcare system.

Very unprofessional and bad systems of care. Came here after using an EpiPen for an allergic reaction that closed my wife’s throat. They laughed when we asked in Hungarian if they could speak English and when we showed them the EpiPen. They sent us home with no help. Also there was no check-in process so everyone was confused about what was going on and when it was there turn. It’s very concerning, especially with this being an Emergency Room.

I took the 3rd dose of Vaccine in the Militar Hospital, all people is good but two ladies in room 7 was very nice. And ask what type I want take. The best.
