Great service, very nice facilities, my doctor Dr. Dóra Csikós was wonderful! 5stars for her and her services! Cannot recommend her enough! The only downside, and the reason behind my 4-star review for Medicare, is the difficulty and inconvenience I encountered in submitting requests and inquiries. Additionally, I find it somewhat unreasonable that individuals who invest a significant amount of money in services are charged an additional fee for consulting with their doctor regarding medication adjustments.

Clean and efficient hospital with attentive staff. A point for improvement: bright streetlights shine into the room and there was no darkening curtains (and the automated shades only come up during sunlight, I was told).

I had my tonsillectomy at Medicare under the care of Dr. János Csóka, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the experience. From the very first consultation through to the follow-up, Dr. Csóka was not only highly skilled but also incredibly kind, attentive, and reassuring. His professionalism and human approach made a stressful situation feel much more manageable. The entire team was outstanding from the anesthesiologist to the nursing staff. I always felt safe and well cared for. The clinic itself was excellent as well. The room was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped, which made the recovery period much easier. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would highly recommend both Dr. Csóka and the Medicare team to anyone considering this procedure.

I recently had an operation at Medicare, and I must say the entire process was completely stress-free. From booking my check-up appointments, arranging the mandatory tests, and scheduling the surgery, everything was handled with great care and efficiency. I would like to sincerely thank Anna and Norbert for assisting me with my appointments. My gynecologist, Dr. Balogh, Dr. Siko and my anesthesiologist, Dr.Gabriella, were both extremely knowledgeable, kind, and supportive throughout the process. A special thanks to my nurse, Borbála, who personally assisted me and provided excellent care. The staff and doctors at Medicare are not only highly professional but also compassionate and empathetic, which made the whole experience so much easier and reassuring. My room was spotless, and having my own private bathroom added to my comfort and peace of mind. Thank you all for your assistance, kindness, and dedication. you are truly appreciated.
