Az elmúlt 1,5 hétben két alkalommal (első alkalommal 2 napra, második alkalommal 4 napra) feküdtünk be kisfiammal a belgyógyászat osztályra. Végtelenül kedves, türelmes, figyelmes, segítőkész nővérekkel és orvosokkal találkoztunk! Mindig meghallgattak és végtelen türelemmel válaszoltak. Kórházban mindig kiszolgáltatott az ember főleg ha gyermekkel kell bent lenni. Megnyugtató volt ilyen emberek kezében lenni. ☺️ Köszönöm!

We were on a trip to Budapest when our baby-daughter got an ecoli infection. After being correctly diagnosed she had to spend 3 nights in the hospital to be treated. My five star review is given to all staff working there and especially dr. Nemeth Ilona Szilvia who took great care of our daughter. To the Budapest authorities managing the hospital: would suggest investing more in the hospital infrastructure. And maybe add some extra parking spaces for patients. We payed one hour parking ticket and because the medical procedurea took 20 minutes over this hour we were immediately fined. Maybe a better process could be developed, for patients that already paid a ticket in good will, because we cannot estimate or control how long medical processes take. All in all, great people in the medical system, bad support from the authorities.

Make sure to provide a private clinic for your loved ones regardless of the medical reason as the national healthcare system got rottened throughout. Nurses are generally polite and helpful but the doctors on charge is just about useless and I do not even want to mention the examination they provided. they kept us waiting for an hour in the middle of the night for the final report while the hospital was not busy at all we were literally the only one at the corridor. Unfortunately we had to refuse the overnight stay cause of the services they offered were extremely poor. Our 3 years old child was unwell of a certain reason but they weren't able to provide a bed or a reasonable place for a parent to stay close to our loved one and have been advised to stay overnight on a chair. ON WOODEN CHAIR! Really? I should've recorded the case but I ensure you this may happen to anyone so please be aware and get prepared if you meant to stay with your loved one. Disgusted!

We were here for the kid's dental division. had to wait about 2 hrs. Staff was not unhelpful but also not too worried about being quick & efficient. This is one of places where they serve kids with special needs so long waiting times are normal.

In 2006 the 23 July, My kneecap disloacted. The staff was absolutely wonderfull, I still remember them to this day. Most of them didn't speak english but if someone who workes here then reads this we want you to know that we were very satisfyed with the service.
